What is a Challenge Group?
This is after 60 days of Insanity!
I will never forget this group - they were awesome at being there for each other!
After 30 days of Insanity, I lost 9 lbs and 9"!
When Do the Challenge Groups Start?
Challenge Groups start ONCE PER MONTH on the 3rd Monday of every month and run 21-60 days. I also run a 7 day Clean Eating and Shakeology Challenge starting on the first Monday of every month. The week long challenge is a great way to try out Shakeology, learn about "clean eating," get a jump start to your results, and experience the support of a group of people going through the same thing as you!
What do I need to do to be in the next Challenge Group?
1. I need to be your assigned coach. If you do not already have a coach, sign up here for a free account to make me your coach.
2. If you DO have an assigned coach, but they are not currently running Challenge Groups, and you would like to switch, you can do so by writing coachrelations@teambeachbody.com and requesting to have your coach changed to Sarah Milligan ID#242835. (This can take 2-3 days).
I do not charge anything extra for you to be a part of the Challenge Groups, all I require is:
1. You must choose a Beachbody fitness program. If you do not already have one that you would like to do, then I will work with you to pick the best one for your lifestyle and goals. A Challenge Pack will come with everything you need to get results.
2. You must be willing to replace one meal a day with Shakeology for at least the first 30 days and follow the nutrition guide. Nutrition will be 80% of your results and adding Shakeology into your daily diet will ensure you get the results you are looking for. There will be a major emphasis on teaching you how to FUEL your body properly during the challenge!
3. You must be open-minded and willing to share and participate in the online group. We have daily check-ins that are designed to help you overcome obstacles and grow as a person so that this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix.
This is not a DIET. This is a lifestyle change. No more bouncing from diet to diet looking for a quick fix. That weight will come back. This approach is the right way - exercise, fueling your body properly and HARD WORK with the support and accountability of the group.
