We are a group of people who have used Beachbody fitness programs and products, saw how they CHANGED OUR LIVES and want to share this with other people. We have backgrounds in teaching, nutrition, holistic health, nursing, social work, fitness, etc. We are PASSIONATE about sharing our stories with others and helping them design the life they want!
