The 21 Day Fix Challenge Pack price was just extended through Sunday night! Sweet!
I started the Fix program last Monday and I'm down 3 lbs in one week. The portion control containers are an awesome tool to know how much to eat of which food group. You'll eventually be able to eyeball the amounts and the process becomes easier to know what goes in which container.
I have a couple spots left for the March 10th and March 17th groups. Just fill out the Challenge Group Application here and I'll get back to you!
The challenge pack will come with color coded containers, Shakeology, several 30 minute workouts to alternate for the 21 days, and the support group for accountability and motivation!
